How you’ll make an impact

The Sales Operations Team are the driving force behind the UK & EMEAs sales performance. The main purpose of this role is to support the Sales Operations Manager to provide in-depth, multi-tiered analysis and recommendations on business metrics to the Sales LT team to enable them to make crucial decisions, identifying any potential headwinds that would affect the business. You will be a proactive Analyst supporting the GTM team  to achieve their sales metrics in the most efficient and successful way. 

This role will be the focal point for a range of reporting and sales queries, problem solving, whilst implementing and streamlining sales processes. Working closely with the Sales Operations Manager the role will also support the drive to increase sales automation, data integrity, training and sales support, as well as supporting initiatives that grow customer segments and maximise partner channel outcomes.   

Strong relationship building and influencing skills are complemented with the ability to think laterally and shape solutions in an evolving business environment.

What you’ll do

  • Support the team in designing and executing business strategies, plans and procedures that ensure profitable, efficient and compliant sales operations for the partner channel.

  • Support the partner channel through providing the sales team with a prioritisation of sales opportunities and enabling better and more targeted territory management.

  • Provide reports, dashboards and other ad-hoc analyses to decision-makers within the business unit.

  • Provide accurate Sales forecasting data, weekly, quarterly and annually.

  • Support  target setting and developing  quota-deployed targets

  • Improve commissions processing with minimal adjustments

  • Support standardisation of  dashboards and reporting augmenting ScaleX work to drive greater speed and effectiveness on centralised reporting

  • Drive performance off insights from the frequency-based partner segmentation model

  • Implement, utilisation and training of Salesforce across the GTM team

  • Focus on new ways of doing things to drive innovation and efficiencies

  • Work with the Sales Operations Manager and the Sales Teams to gather feedback and improve on existing processes to build in efficiencies for our Sales team. 

  • Implement, utilisation and training of Salesforce across the GTM team

What you’ll bring with you

  • Proven experience in a sales environment 

  • Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Salesforce

  • Preferably use of  workload management tools e.g ASANA 

  • Experience with forecasting and quota setting

  • Basic ability to write and read SQL (desirable)

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Google sheets

  • Ability to quickly build rapport with people and confidence to direct the sales team

  • High level of detail and confidence working with numbers

  • To be process driven with the ability to take ownership

  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills, including collaboration and consultative skills

  • Inquisitive and positive mindset in approaching complex problems
