Responsibilities

  • Lead the scoping, design, and delivery of end-to-end data architecture supporting automated, standardized Sales Analytics reporting

  • Build and foster high-trust, cross-functional relationships as a visible subject-matter expert in analytics and data governance

Requirements

  • At least 12 years of experience in B2B sales/revenue analytics, within SaaS, with deep familiarity with sales operations and go-to-market functions

  • Proven experience leading enterprise-scale analytics programs and automating reporting workflows

  • Expertise with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Salesforce dashboards, Excel)

  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python (or R), with working knowledge of ETL concepts and querying data lakes (e.g., Databricks)

  • Deep understanding of SaaS sales metrics, pipeline management, and performance forecasting

  • Exceptional communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences, with ability to synthesize insights into executive-ready narratives

  • High comfort with ambiguity and complex problem solving with minimal direction
