Responsibilities

  • Drive budget planning, forecasting, and revenue growth initiatives through data-driven analysis and marketplace insights.

  • Identify opportunities to improve partner ROI and expand client spend across savings, banking, and wealth products

  • Develop and manage pricing frameworks and yield-optimization strategies to balance scale, margin performance, and partner objectives.

Client Partnership & Marketplace Management

  • Lead day-to-day commercial discussions, contract renewals, and performance reviews in alignment with broader business objectives.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign and partner performance; apply insights to optimize funnel conversion, improve click-to-funded-account outcomes, and maximize marketplace yield.

  • Ensure strong budget delivery through proactive pacing, issue resolution, and close coordination with internal teams.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Execution

  • Collaborate closely with Media, Product, Data Analytics, Engineering, Finance, and Creative teams to launch and scale new initiatives, tests, and optimizations.

  • Partner with product and engineering teams to provide market-driven input into roadmap priorities and feature development.

  • Drive marketplace merchandising strategies, user-journey enhancements, and content initiatives to improve conversion and customer experience.

  • Build, maintain, and evolve reporting frameworks and dashboards that enable clear performance visibility and agile decision-making.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, strategic partnerships, client success, or vertical/category marketing, ideally within fintech, banking, wealth, or financial services.

  • Demonstrated success driving revenue growth, managing large budgets, and supporting scaled marketplace or performance marketing programs.

  • Strong analytical orientation with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

  • Excellent client-facing and relationship-management skills with a consultative, solutions-oriented approach.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present insights to senior stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and move initiatives forward in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus.

  • Proficiency with Excel, performance dashboards, and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Google Analytics)
