We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Resource Coordinator to support day-to-day planning for resource management, capacity modeling, and project risk coordination. You will play an instrumental role in ensuring the success and efficiency of the day-to-day dynamics of consulting capacity and its impact on the organization. Our ideal candidate would be an organized individual who is adept at working through complex projects, multi-level communications, and risk-centered decision making.
Responsibilities
Resources projects with unique requirements and quick turnover in multiple service lines.
Thinks strategically, staggering delivery dates based on resource availability, skillset, and account requirements.
Ensures the accuracy of initial project plans through handoff with little to no supervision.
Develops dashboards and reports to reflect project staffing and workflows.
Collaborate closely with project stakeholders with a customer service focus, able to build relationships with Engagement Managers, Account Executives, and Consultants.
Lead resourcing related projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion, tracking progress, and providing regular updates.
Requirements
5+ years in a resource management role.
Detail-oriented, excels at prioritization, and multi-tasking effectively.
Navigate occasional unusual hours and last-minute requests with flexibility and calm demeanor.
Solid judgement and problem-solving skills that positively impact client commitments and Bishop Fox.
Strong conflict resolution and consensus-building skills that help navigate difficult client and consultant situations.
Team player mentality with the ability to work as a self-motivated individual contributor.
Exceptional reporting and analysis across Salesforce.com reports and dashboard as well as Microsoft Excel.
Demonstrates solid judgement in decision making that positively impacts reports, projects, and Bishop Fox.
High degree of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism.
Exhibits adaptability and agility in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
