Senior Recruiter
About the Role
Lattice is looking for a contract recruiter to support our hiring efforts over the next six months. This role will focus on full-cycle recruiting for 6 -10 requisitions at a time, primarily GTM roles in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to build strong pipelines, run efficient interview processes, and deliver an excellent candidate experience.
This is a hands-on recruiting role ideal for someone who enjoys managing searches end-to-end and proactively sourcing candidates.
What You Will Do
Manage full-cycle recruiting for open roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer stages
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
Build diverse candidate pipelines through sourcing and inbound strategies
Guide candidates through the interview process and ensure a high-quality candidate experience
Collaborate with cross-functional partners across People, Operations, and Total Rewards
Maintain accurate recruiting data and workflows in the applicant tracking system
Represent Lattice’s values and brand throughout the hiring process
What You Will Bring to the Table
5+ years of recruiting experience, including full-cycle recruiting
Experience sourcing and closing candidates across a range of roles and seniority levels
Experience recruiting in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally for GTM roles
Strong hiring manager partnership and stakeholder communication skills
A proactive, organized approach to managing multiple searches
Comfort using recruiting data to evaluate pipeline health and improve results
Experience with an ATS such as Greenhouse, Ashby, or Lever

Positive candidate and hiring manager feedback
Thoughtful sourcing strategies and consistent pipeline health
Tools We Use
Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, BrightHire, ModernLoop, Slack, and Google Workspace.

Hourly Rate: $65–$75 per hour, depending on experience. This role is expected to be 40 hours per week and is expected to run for approximately six months.
