Gravie is seeking an experienced, versatile Senior Recruiter who thrives as an individual contributor and has a proven track record of recruiting senior leaders and executives in fast-moving, technology-enabled environments. This role is ideal for someone who can operate at an executive-search level when needed, while also rolling up their sleeves to deliver on critical non-executive hiring. This is a highly visible, hands-on role for a recruiter who brings rigor, judgment, and strong execution to complex searches and who can flex priorities as business needs evolve and elevate our overall hiring bar.

You Will:

- Lead full-cycle recruiting for senior leadership and executive roles across functions, including Technology, Product, Data, Operations, and Corporate leadership

- Partner closely with executive leaders, hiring managers and HRBPs to define role scope, success profiles, and hiring strategies

- Proactively source, engage, and build relationships with high-caliber passive talent

- Run high-touch, consultative candidate experiences from first outreach through offer and close

- Assess senior-level candidates with a strong lens on leadership capability, culture add, and long-term impact

- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on market dynamics, talent availability, and competitive intelligence

- Manage multiple complex searches simultaneously with strong prioritization and follow-through

- Flex to lead full-cycle recruiting for other high-priority, non-executive roles as business needs require

- Build and maintain pipelines for future senior and executive talent needsPartner with HRBP and leadership on workforce planning and succession-related hiring

- Bring structure, data, and best practices to executive recruiting processes while maintaining a white-glove experience  

You Bring:

- 8+ years of recruiting experience, with significant focus on senior leadership and/or executive-level searches

- Proven experience recruiting in technology-enabled, SaaS, health tech, or high-growth environments

- Demonstrated success as a hands-on individual contributor (not just managing others)

- Strong executive presence and ability to partner credibly with C-suite and senior leaders

- Deep expertise in proactive sourcing and closing senior-level passive candidates

- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills

- High level of judgment, confidentiality, and professionalism

- Ability to operate with urgency, rigor, and independence in a fast-moving environment

- Experience balancing business needs with candidate experience and culture stewardship 

Extra Credit:

- Experience in healthcare and/or healthtech

- Experience in a hyper-growth environment

The salary range for this position is $127,000 - $180,000 annually. Numerous factors including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, etc. will be considered when determining compensation.
