Senior Recruiter

We’re Bamboo Works, a fast-growing international recruitment and staffing firm helping companies around the world build high-quality, remote teams. Our focus is simple: quality over quantity, long-term partnerships, and delivering real value through exceptional talent.

As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Mid-Level to Senior Recruiter who can take ownership of roles, deliver consistently high-quality candidates, and contribute to improving how we recruit.

This is not a “fill as many roles as possible” environment. This is a place for recruiters who care about craft, precision, and long-term impact.  

  • Location: Remote

  • Type: Full-Time (Independent Contractor)

  • Working Hours: Primarily aligned with Philippine working hours, with flexibility

  • Experience Level: Mid-Level to Senior (7+ years)

  • Primary Focus: Digital, Creative, and Marketing Roles (with flexibility across other verticals)

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment Delivery: Own roles from intake to placement, ensuring strong candidate-client alignment

  • Candidate Assessment & Matchmaking: Source, screen, interview, and present high-quality candidates

  • Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the process

  • Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development: Contribute to sourcing strategies and build strong talent pipelines

  • ATS & Data Management: Maintain accurate and structured candidate data within the ATS

  • Market Insights & Talent Intelligence: Share insights on talent availability, compensation, and hiring trends

  • Collaboration & Team Support: Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes

  • Operational & Administrative Support: Ensure smooth execution of recruitment processes and documentation

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years in recruitment (agency experience required)

  • Strong experience hiring for digital, marketing, or creative roles

  • Experience with remote and international hiring

  • Ability to manage multiple roles independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills

  • High attention to detail and structured way of working

  • Comfortable using ATS systems and recruitment tools

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Proactive, accountable, and solutions-oriented mindset
