About the Role

As a Senior Property Consultant at InvestorKit, your role is to drive front-end revenue by consistently securing signed and paid agreements with high-quality clients. You are the final step in the sales journey – responsible for building trust, navigating objections, and presenting a compelling value proposition that aligns with each client’s goals.

You are expected to manage your pipeline with precision, follow up with urgency, and contribute actively to team discussions, trainings, and outcomes. You work closely with Property Consultants (Setters) to optimise handovers, maintain CRM hygiene, and uphold our brand standard in every interaction.

This role is built on results, but your success also depends on collaboration, systems discipline, and your contribution to our team culture. As a Senior Consultant, your leadership shows through your preparation, your influence on others, and your ability to deliver consistent performance while supporting the team’s growth.

Availability to work on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as during weekday evenings, is required.

Location: Remote (Australia-based)

Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities outlined below represent the core expectations of your role. These are subject to review and may evolve over time as the needs of the business grow and change, and we expect you to adapt in step with those shifts. As a team member at InvestorKit, you’re also expected to actively uphold our values, contribute to our mission, and make decisions that support our vision of becoming Australia’s leading buyers agency.

  • Consistently secure signed and paid agreements from qualified prospects.

  • Manage your sales pipeline through CRM with accuracy and urgency.

  • Maintain 100% follow-up and task adherence through calendar and system discipline.

  • Run effective closing calls that present InvestorKit’s offer with clarity and impact.

  • Collaborate closely with Setters to ensure clean handovers and lead quality.

  • Participate fully in Power Sessions, Growth Sessions, training, start of day, end of day and team huddles.

  • Take ownership of your personal performance data and prepare for every coaching session.

  • Conduct a range of whitespace activities as required (e.g; outbound, rescheduling, appointment management etc.)

  • Contribute to team culture through knowledge-sharing, mentoring, and energy.

  • Actively apply feedback and coaching, and pursue self-development to continually elevate the standard of your performance.

  • Represent InvestorKit with professionalism, enthusiasm, and humility in all interactions.

  • Maintain 100% adherence to all InvestorKit sales frameworks, processes, and compliance standards at all times.

Expectations

As a member of our team at InvestorKit we expect you to work towards our vision of becoming Australia’s leading buyers agency, making decisions and taking actions that directly align with our mission to positively impact our clients lives by providing an industry leading client experience that helps them realise their aspirations through property.

We work to outcomes at InvestorKit, focusing on achieving tasks and delivering projects that improve the way we work, the lives of our staff and the financial outcomes of business. We believe that accountability, humility, openness and honesty are fundamental values and behaviours that create success, and we expect our people to have a growth mindset and the ambition to not only be the best version of themselves, but the desire to bring that out of others.

Across your time at InvestorKit you will have moments that will test you, but if you can embrace all of the above then we can guarantee that those moments will lead you to your greatest successes.

Let’s lead the way together and build something truly special.
