Job Description
Lead and steer complex replatforming projects independently
Manage System Integrators and external partners to meet SCAYLE standards
Ensure smooth connectivity and operation of customer environments post-go-live
Own project lifecycle from planning to rollout, including budget and resource management
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align priorities and expectations
Maintain transparent communication, progress tracking, and documentation throughout projects
Apply agile methods to drive timely decisions and efficient execution
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or similar experience
5+ years in IT project management, ideally in e-commerce or SaaS
Proven experience managing enterprise customers and external service providers
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
Solid understanding of e-commerce architectures, APIs, and MACH principles
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with complex platform migrations or replatforming projects and project management certifications is a plus
