Responsibilities
Oversee and manage a variety of key strategic projects for the People Team. Examples may include but are not limited to Annual Performance Cycle, Employee Experience Projects, Employee Engagement Survey, etc.
Scope projects and improvement efforts, including analyzing the current state, working with collaborators to articulate a clear future vision, the business value to be delivered, and the plan to accomplish it.
Document root causes of issues, identify gaps, analyze trends, research industry standard processes and make recommendations to improve employee experience and operational efficiencies.
Develop and coordinate preparation of tangible deliverables such as internal process documentation, user guides, governance/stakeholder materials, communications and process maps.
Skills and Qualifications
Superior organizational and project management skills, as demonstrated by an ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects to meet deadlines, achieve milestones, and deliver high quality results.
Ability to work independently, be self-guided and tolerate ambiguity
Strong business acumen with the ability to find the simplest, best path to solutions.
Experience analyzing business processes, business process modeling, as well as utilizing process improvement methodologies and tools.
Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and provide strategic insight.
Ability to foster strong relationships, drive change, and facilitate problem solving discussions.
Bonus Points
Experience using Google suite is a plus
Compensation
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The US base salary for this position ranges from $120,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $150,000/year in our highest geographic market. Consistent with applicable laws, an employee's pay within this range is based on a number of factors, which include but are not limited to relevant education, skills, job-related knowledge, qualifications, work experience, credentials, and/or geographic location.
