Senior Program Manager - PeopleOps

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage a variety of key strategic projects for the People Team. Examples may include but are not limited to Annual Performance Cycle, Employee Experience Projects, Employee Engagement Survey, etc.

  • Scope projects and improvement efforts, including analyzing the current state, working with collaborators to articulate a clear future vision, the business value to be delivered, and the plan to accomplish it.

  • Document root causes of issues, identify gaps, analyze trends, research industry standard processes and make recommendations to improve employee experience and operational efficiencies.

  • Develop and coordinate preparation of tangible deliverables such as internal process documentation, user guides, governance/stakeholder materials, communications and process maps.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Superior organizational and project management skills, as demonstrated by an ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects to meet deadlines, achieve milestones, and deliver high quality results.

  • Ability to work independently, be self-guided and tolerate ambiguity

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to find the simplest, best path to solutions.

  • Experience analyzing business processes, business process modeling, as well as utilizing process improvement methodologies and tools.

  • Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and provide strategic insight.

  • Ability to foster strong relationships, drive change, and facilitate problem solving discussions.

Bonus Points

  • Experience using Google suite is a plus

Compensation

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The US base salary for this position ranges from $120,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $150,000/year in our highest geographic market. Consistent with applicable laws, an employee's pay within this range is based on a number of factors, which include but are not limited to relevant education, skills, job-related knowledge, qualifications, work experience, credentials, and/or geographic location. Your recruiter can share more on target salary for your location during the interview process. Coalition, Inc. reserves the right to modify this range as needed.
