WHATS ON OFFER Reporting to the Senior Director, Business Acceleration, the Sr. Program Manager, Business Acceleration has a proven track record of successfully orchestrating planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs. WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise SaaS implementation and expansion programs, owning execution across scope, timelines, resourcing, dependencies, risks, and delivery outcomes for multiple concurrent engagements

  • Serve as the primary delivery lead for assigned enterprise customers, partnering closely with Business Acceleration Partners to translate customer strategy and requirements into structured, executable program plans

  • Establish and manage delivery governance for customer programs, including detailed project plans, RAID logs, change control, and executive status reporting

  • Coordinate and influence cross-functional teams across Business Acceleration, Implementation Consulting, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Operations to promote alignment and delivery predictability

  • Lead customer facing delivery ceremonies including kickoffs, discovery sessions, and steering committee meetings, bringing clarity, accountability, and continued delivery throughout the programs lifecycle

  • Identify and manage delivery risks, dependencies, while escalating with clear context,, and recommendations when needed in collaboration with the Business Acceleration Partners

  • Apply structured change management practices within customer programs to support adoption, readiness, and value realization, proactively identifying and escalating risks

  • Utilize PMO standards, templates, tooling, and reporting frameworks, providing feedback and recommendations to improve its effectiveness

  • Identify recurring patterns and roadblocks to milestones during onboarding, discovery and testing, while proposing improvements to delivery sequencing, processes, or tooling

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery/dashboard metrics to reflect customer health, delivery to scope, and value realization

  • Support cross-functional change management readiness for new processes, tools, or service offerings by contributing to launch planning, documentation, and enablement activities

  • Act as a change steward within the Business Acceleration team, reinforcing strong program discipline, accountability, and customer-focused execution

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 5+ years of experience in senior program or project management roles, leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in SaaS, technology, life sciences, or data-driven organizations

  • Proven experience delivering enterprise level customer programs with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and high expectations for execution

  • Strong foundation in project methodologies, program governance, delivery planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication

  • Experience operating within established PMO frameworks, with the ability to apply structure while maintaining delivery execution

  • Full knowledge of Agile delivery environments and program management tools such as Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar

  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority, align diverse teams, and drive accountability across internal and customer stakeholders

  • Experience supporting organizational and process change within customer and operational teams

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer executives, stakeholders and operational relationships

  • PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification preferred
