As the architect of marketing operations for Brand Marketing, you'll be the engine behind the engine. In the future, these operational frameworks may expand to support the broader marketing organization.

About the role:

  • Location: Remote-first (United States)

  • Full-time

  • Exempt

  •  The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.

  • United States (all figures cited below are in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)

    • Zone C: $110,000 - $150,500

Please visit our Careers page for more information on which locations are included in each of our geographic pay zones. However, please confirm the zone for your specific location with your recruiter.

  • Reporting to the VP, Brand Marketing

As a Senior Program Manager you’ll …

  • Build the Operational Foundation

    • Design and implement operational frameworks across people, processes, tools, finance, procurement, and governance for Brand Marketing

    • Establish standards, policies, and best practices that create consistency while enabling team autonomy, with potential to scale these frameworks more broadly

    • Create dashboards and reporting systems that give leadership visibility into operational health, financial performance, and team capacity

    • Manage the operational tooling strategy and implementation (Asana, Airtable, ZIP, Figma, Webflow, Loom, and other marketing tools) to improve team effectiveness

  • Financial Operations

    • Manage budget tracking across Brand Marketing teams

    • Understand financial models and frameworks that enable data-driven investment decisions, partnering with marketing analytics to leverage their forecasting work for sales-led and self-serve motions

    • Partner with Finance on budget reviews, variance analysis, and strategic resource allocation

    • Track marketing spend, optimize budget efficiency, and identify opportunities for reallocation

  • Lead Vendor & Procurement Management

    • Own vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and procurement processes for marketing tools, agencies, and services

    • Evaluate and implement martech stack solutions (project management platforms, design tools, collaboration software, analytics tools) that improve team effectiveness

    • Manage agency relationships, RFP processes, and performance tracking

    • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and optimize vendor spending

  • Drive People Operations

    • Partner with the VP of Brand Marketing on organizational design, headcount planning, and team structure

    • Support hiring processes, onboarding programs, and team growth initiatives

    • Build frameworks for, career development, and team rituals

    • Create systems that support team culture, communication, and cross-functional collaboration

  • Establish Process & Governance

    • Design and implement operational processes that enable efficient decision-making and execution

    • Create governance frameworks that clarify roles, responsibilities, and escalation paths

    • Build planning rituals (quarterly planning, OKR setting, business reviews) that drive strategic alignment

    • Develop and maintain operational tools including marketing roadmaps, project templates, brief templates, and knowledge management systems

    • Manage the infrastructure that enables teams to plan, track, and communicate effectively

  • Enable Strategic Planning

    • Partner with Brand Marketing leadership to translate strategic priorities into operational roadmaps

    • Support annual and quarterly planning processes with data, analysis, and operational expertise

    • Identify operational bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement within Brand Marketing

    • Build the operational infrastructure that enables Brand Marketing to scale with the business

In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, at Webflow we will support you in identifying where your interests and development opportunities lie and we'll help you incorporate them into your role.

About you:

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of operations, program management, or business operations experience, preferably in marketing, tech, or high-growth environments

  • Proven track record of building operational systems, processes, and frameworks from the ground up

  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management, forecasting, and financial analysis

  • Experience with vendor management, procurement, and contract negotiations

  • Experience working with or supporting creative teams and understanding their operational needs

  • Deep understanding of marketing operations, tools, and organizational dynamics

You’ll thrive as a Senior Progam Manager if you:

  • Possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail

  • Are a strategic thinker combined with an ability to do hands-on execution

  • Have expert-level proficiency with operational tools (Excel/Google Sheets, financial systems, project management platforms - Asana, Airtable, ZIP)

  • Exercise strong business judgment and effectively balance competing priorities

  • Excel in written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate complex operational topics for diverse audiences

  • Stay curious and open to growth — actively building fluency in emerging technologies like AI to unlock creativity, accelerate progress, and amplify impact.

Nice to Have

  • Experience at a high-growth tech company or SaaS business

  • Background in marketing operations, business operations, or chief of staff roles

  • Experience building operational systems that can scale beyond their initial scope

  • Growth Potential: Start with Brand Marketing with the opportunity to expand your operational frameworks more broadly

  • Organizational Design: Shape how Webflow's Brand Marketing organization grows and operates at scale
