We’re looking for a highly strategic and hands-on Senior Product Owner with 5+ years of experience leading digital and financial products end-to-end, capable of driving product vision, aligning stakeholders, and delivering measurable impact through strong ownership, clarity, and execution.

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Owner with strong ownership, analytical thinking, and a clear bias toward action. You will be responsible for leading multiple digital products, working closely with engineering, design, and stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product roadmap, aligning strategy with execution (short, mid, and long term).

• Define, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog with clear and actionable requirements.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure requirements are translated into functional solutions.

• Lead sprint planning, prioritization, and delivery tracking.

• Communicate product progress, risks, and results to stakeholders using data and visualization tools.

• Gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders and translate them into product improvements.

• Manage multiple products simultaneously, ensuring delivery of business goals.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and innovation (AI-driven solutions preferred).

• Work closely with designers to define and validate user experience and product features.

• Monitor product performance using KPIs, metrics, and reporting tools.

• Proactively identify blockers and drive solutions with high autonomy.

Requirements

• +5 years of experience in Product Owner / Product Management roles.

• +5 years working with software development teams (Agile/Scrum).

• Strong experience managing roadmaps, backlog, and product lifecycle.

• Experience leading multiple products or complex initiatives.

• Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions.

• Proven experience working with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

• Experience using tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.

• Knowledge of risk and scope management.

Nice to have

• Experience in AI, automation, or process optimization.

• Scrum Master certification.

• MBA or specialization in Product / Project Management.
