Position Overview: 

Apollo is looking for a senior end-to-end product marketer to help us drive growth for our core business. This is a critical role working at the heart of Apollo’s business. You’ll have the opportunity to shape product direction, working closely with research and our competitive intelligence PMM. And you’ll be responsible for driving GTM programs across marketing and sales that grow adoption and activation. This role requires a deep understanding of sales personas involved in pipeline generation, including SDRs, BDRs, Account Executives, and Sales Leaders.

Your mandate - 

  • Synthesize market insights and gather customer feedback to inform and prioritize the product roadmap

  • Launch new products and features to Apollo customers

  • Run integrated GTM motions to grow product adoption, working collaboratively across marketing and sales

  • Help customers be successful with effective enablement

  • Enable sales to be successful with relevant content and materials

  • Support the pilot of a managed service offering with marketing campaigns to drive interest and enablement materials to help sales land clients

This is a highly cross-functional role. You will work closely with partners across R&D, Research and GTM. This role reports to the Lead Product Marketing Manager working across our Pipeline Generation products. This role is fully remote (but must be based in North America) and will require occasional travel. 

Responsibilities:

  • Deeply understand the personas for the outbound sales use case

  • Work hand in hand with Product to shape product strategy and inform the roadmap

  • Bring new products and features to market with integrated GTM motions

  • Become an expert in email deliverability and have interest and curiosity to dive deep

  • Drive awareness, acquisition and activation of product functionality

  • Grow interest in a pilot managed service offering with marketing campaigns and enablement for sales

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience

  • 4+ years of experience at a high-growth b2b SaaS company

  • Experience with sales personas and/or in lead generation or sales engagement is a huge plus

  • Experience partnering closely with product and influencing the product roadmap

  • Experience conducting research - fielding surveys, conducting interviews - and performing light data analysis to inform strategic decisions

  • Experience launching complex products with effective GTM campaigns that resonate with customers

  • Excellent storytelling, communication, and presentation skills 

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration - great at working across many teams

  • Bias toward action. Strong ability to get things done and move things forward
