As a Senior Product Manager at Scrambly, you will be responsible for product discovery, user understanding, experimentation, and continuous improvement of the Scrambly product portfolio.
Your ultimate goal is to move product metrics, ship meaningful experiences, and ensure Scrambly continues to deliver value to millions of users globally.
You will focus on:

Your Responsibilities:
- Product Discovery & Strategy
- Conduct continuous discovery by talking to users, running interviews, and testing assumptions.
- Understand customer needs, pain points, motivations, and behaviors deeply.
- Analyze product analytics, funnels, and behavior patterns to uncover opportunities.
- Conduct competitor research and market analysis to identify differentiators and new ideas.
- Generate, structure, and prioritize hypotheses for improving product metrics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product opportunities aligned with business goals.
- Experimentation & A/B Testing
- Design and run A/B tests and other experiments (feature flags, multivariate tests, holdouts).
- Define clear success metrics and evaluate experiment results.
- Work closely with engineers and designers to ensure experiments are executed with quality.
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to validate or reject hypotheses.
- Iterate rapidly based on learnings.
- User Experience & Design Collaboration
- Work closely with product designers to create intuitive, delightful, and impactful experiences.
- Participate in wireframing, ideation, and usability testing.
- Ensure designs align with user needs and product goals.
- Translate insights into actionable requirements and product briefs.
- Analytics & Insights
- Monitor product performance, funnels, and KPIs in tools like Mixpanel or Amplitude.
- Identify leading indicators, friction points, and user drop-off patterns.
- Leverage session replay to understand user struggles.
- Build lightweight dashboards or reports to communicate insights to the team.
- Prioritization & Roadmapping
- Prioritize opportunities based on user value, business impact, and data evidence.
- Maintain a clear, data-driven roadmap focused on improving key product metrics.
- Communicate strategy, insights, and rationale clearly across teams.
- Ensure the product backlog reflects validated opportunities and learning-based priorities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with engineering, design, monetization, marketing, and leadership.
- Align teams behind product outcomes and hypotheses rather than outputs.
- Clearly communicate expected outcomes and success measures for each initiative.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in consumer products, iGaming, gaming, rewards, marketplaces or mobile apps.
- Strong understanding of product analytics (e.g. Mixpanel, Amplitude).
- Strong experience designing A/B tests and evaluating experiment results.
- Experience conducting user interviews, usability tests, and qualitative research.
- Deep curiosity for understanding how users behave and why.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Experience working with product designers and participating in UX processes.
- Ability to break down problems, identify opportunities, and propose clear experiments or solutions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
- Fluency in English (B2+).
