YOUR MISSION

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the Enterprise Platform team. In this role, you'll use your skills and expertise to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our back-end architecture and front-end platform products. You will lead the team that creates highly performant, scalable solutions that drive R&D team velocity, while also meeting the performance requirements that come along with delivering enterprise grade software solutions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Work closely with internal customers to deeply understand, document, analyze, and synthesize user needs into product priorities, roadmap plans, and detailed specifications.

  • Own the layer of Mural’s Enterprise Platform roadmap that focuses on our Back-end Architecture and Front-end Platform teams, which are primarily responsible for creating the platform, core services, and FE components used by all of our customer-feature teams.

  • Ensure platform solutions meet our internal teams' requirements, and are built for scale, and breadth of use cases.

  • Work closely with Product and Engineering peers across other R&D teams to evangelize and enable them in adopting the frameworks and standards delivered by the team.

  • Meet with partners and internal specialists to facilitate our ongoing Accessibility compliance and remediation effort and report out on status. You will also be expected to invest a portion of your time evangelizing accessibility best practices internally while eventually supporting our sales teams on engagements where accessibility surfaces as a key discussion topic in the relationship.

  • Regularly communicate product updates and progress to Leadership and various teams across the organization.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • 4+ years of Product Management experience across technically challenging application architectures, ideally in an Enterprise SaaS environment.

  • Previous experience in shepherding mission-critical initiatives

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and team management skills

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, adapt to changing needs, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

  • Trained and practiced in Agile methodologies, with experience to apply the appropriate practices for the context and needs of the team

  • Knowledge of application, back-end architectures, accessibility, and operational systems

  • A proven track record of success in working with designers, engineers, and various stakeholders to deliver outcomes with impact

  • Comfortable engaging with customers, conducting user research, and intelligently integrating findings into your work as needed

  • Passion for data and data-driven

  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal

For roles based in New York City, California, Colorado, and Washington, the base salary for this role ranges from $177,500 - $198,000 + equity + benefits. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation.
