As a Senior Product Manager you will focus on shaping and owning a new approach on Out of Home Points CRM solution - supporting comprehensive location process from acquisition to Parcel Locker deployment with dedicated tools support.
The Senior Product Manager will structure and optimize the underlying business processes in close collaboration with a dedicated, team-led delivery group. The solution will be built on Microsoft Dynamics, making prior experience with this platform a strong advantage.
Job Description
Your responsibilities:
Define and communicate the product vision, goals, and success KPIs in close collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features and initiatives based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
Work closely with engineering and design teams throughout discovery and delivery to clarify requirements and ensure high-quality execution during sprints.
Conduct user research and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to validate assumptions and guide product decisions.
Coordinate go-to-market activities with marketing, customer support, sales, and operations teams.
Monitor product performance against defined KPIs and continuously iterate based on feedback, insights, and results.
Facilitate clear cross-functional communication and alignment across teams and leadership.
Ensure products comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and internal policies.
Qualifications
Requirements:
3-5+ years of relevant professional experience as a Product Manager, preferably in logistics,
e-commerce, or a related technology-driven industry.
Proven track record of successfully launching, scaling, and managing digital products end-to-end.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong understanding of product management principles, tools, and frameworks.
Hands-on experience with Agile and/or Lean methodologies.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data analysis tools to inform decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
Very good command of English (written and spoken).
Nice to have:
Master’s degree in Business, Engineering Management, UX Design, or a related field.
Experience working across multiple functions or regions, and/or exposure to leadership roles.
Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Agile, PMP, UX, Cloud, ITIL).
