Founded in 1999 by Rafał Brzoska, InPost provides delivery services through our network of almost 47,000 Automated Parcel Machines (APMs) and almost 35,000 pick-up drop-off points (PUDO) in nine countries across Europe, as well as to-door courier and fulfilment services to e-commerce merchants. InPost’s lockers provide consumers with a cheaper and more flexible, convenient, environmentally friendly and contactless delivery option. 

As a Senior Product Manager you will focus on shaping and owning a new approach on Out of Home Points CRM solution - supporting comprehensive location process from acquisition to Parcel Locker deployment with dedicated tools support.

The Senior Product Manager will structure and optimize the underlying business processes in close collaboration with a dedicated, team-led delivery group. The solution will be built on Microsoft Dynamics, making prior experience with this platform a strong advantage.

Job Description

Your responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate the product vision, goals, and success KPIs in close collaboration with internal stakeholders.

  • Own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features and initiatives based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.

  • Work closely with engineering and design teams throughout discovery and delivery to clarify requirements and ensure high-quality execution during sprints.

  • Conduct user research and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to validate assumptions and guide product decisions.

  • Coordinate go-to-market activities with marketing, customer support, sales, and operations teams.

  • Monitor product performance against defined KPIs and continuously iterate based on feedback, insights, and results.

  • Facilitate clear cross-functional communication and alignment across teams and leadership.

  • Ensure products comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and internal policies.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of relevant professional experience as a Product Manager, preferably in logistics,

  • e-commerce, or a related technology-driven industry.

  • Proven track record of successfully launching, scaling, and managing digital products end-to-end.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of product management principles, tools, and frameworks.

  • Hands-on experience with Agile and/or Lean methodologies.

  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data analysis tools to inform decisions.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.

  • Very good command of English (written and spoken).

Nice to have:

  • Master’s degree in Business, Engineering Management, UX Design, or a related field.

  • Experience working across multiple functions or regions, and/or exposure to leadership roles.

  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Agile, PMP, UX, Cloud, ITIL).
