Senior Product Manager I, Flywheel - Sales

HubSpot’s Flywheel Product team spearheads GTM transformations by building and integrating AI and net-new products and capabilities for our internal Flywheel teams, partners, and customers. Our vision is to pioneer an AI-driven future where HubSpot's GTM engine operates with unparalleled intelligence and efficiency, empowering unprecedented growth. Our own loop mechanism - an endless loop where we define, experiment, and roll out fully automated agentic GTM motions alongside AI-empowered human teams.
In this role, you’ll be directly responsible for transforming the HubSpot rep role through an AI-powered experience that promotes best practices, drives consistency, and optimizes for customer connection and experience. You’ll set the vision, define strategy, prioritize the roadmap, and deliver impact by creating a HubSpot rep experience in our internal HubSpot portal without repetitive tasks, where the CRM is an AI-powered partner to progress Deals effectively, collaborate with team sellers/Partners, and deliver a great HubSpot customer experience.
Please note: Due to the timezone spread of the current team, this hire needs to work Eastern Time Zone hours
In this role you’ll get to:
Create a shared vision and cohesive roadmap for the future of this product area as a critical member of the Product Triad - our system for building product collaboratively and strategically
Drive alignment, set goals, build understanding and motivate others, including cross-functional partners across the company
Guide new product ideas from initial concept all the way through launch
Understand our customers and their journey through the product by engaging with them directly and often
Use data to identify opportunities to improve our customers’ experience, devise strategy to execute your ideas, and partner with business stakeholders across HubSpot to make solutions that help our customers grow
Build AI experiences that drive tangible business outcomes
We are looking for people who have:
Experience launching products successfully to internal customers
Used qualitative and quantitative research to inform their product roadmap, combining market, business and technical insights to identify opportunities and weigh tradeoffs
Set a product vision and strategy, and executed on it
Embrace experimentation and hypothesis led testing
Ruthlessly prioritized their product roadmap and had to make hard tradeoff decisions
Collaborated on a cross-functional team of UX designers, software engineers, data scientists, prompt engineers, analytics, operational business partners, and others
A drive to understand customer needs deeply and truly solving for their problems
Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal problem-solving skills
A passion for growing healthy teams and leaders, cultivating psychological safety, and facilitating tough conversations that help people grow
A growth mindset in leveraging AI to build great customer experiences, and to improve their product management skill sets
The ability to make decisions, test assumptions, and iterate - often without perfect information
Demonstrated ability to adapt in an innovative and fast-paced environment
An understanding of the competitive software space

Pay & Benefits
The cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are tailored to your skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
