Senior Product Manager, Experimentation (Platform)

Team Description: 

The Experimentation team is responsible for the experimentation platform that all teams use to launch, manage, and monitor experiments at Reddit. Our mission is to build a world-class experimentation platform that helps Reddit deeply understand our users, drive business impact, and improve the Reddit experience. This role is 100% remote but we prefer Pacific timezone (US only)

Role Description:

We’re looking for a Senior PM to build the future of the experimentation platform at Reddit and own the experimentation platform’s product vision and strategy in addition to driving end-to-end product development.  They will work closely alongside other product/engineering/data leaders in improving experimentation rigor, learning, and quality across all teams at Reddit.  With thousands of experiments impacting hundreds of millions of users every day, this role is critical in helping build a strong culture of experimentation and in improving the end-user experience across all products and teams at Reddit. 

Responsibilities:

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap of features to for the Experimentation team and alignment with business goals

• Drive adoption and help uplevel experimentation rigor/quality across all the company

• Work closely with engineers, designers, data, research and other PMs on developing new features/specs and driving execution

• Analyze feature/experiment results and communicate learnings to the team, executives, and the company

• Work closely with internal business, operations and partnerships teams in launching and maintaining features that impact Reddit’s growth.

• Drive market and usability research to understand opportunities and develop strategy

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Product Management experience, ideally as a Platform PM

• Demonstrated ability to build at-scale Consumer products with a strong understanding of growth and experimentation

• Experience working on platform products with internal stakeholders

• Excellent analytical sense, and have experience driving products & business decisions that involve quantitative analysis and experimentation; have basic to intermediate ability with SQL

• Passion and drive for testing and learning at a fast pace

• Experience developing long-term strategy in addition to delivering tactical execution

• Exceptional independent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, flexibility, and ability to collaborate with others and to work in a fast-paced environment

• Clear, structured and compelling communication ability, and experience driving alignment across a diverse set of cross-functional peers and stakeholders
