About the role

You will join Product Design within the Platform and Intelligence group in the Org and Sec pillar. You will help us move from a simple contact database to an intelligent contact management system that learns from user behaviour, adapts to goals, and supports smarter ways to organise and use contact data. You will shape the next layer of AI guided, multi database, permission based experiences.

About the team

You will join an already formed team that is focused on building and improving the next generation of contact management. The foundational contact platform already exists. Your work will help refine and expand AI supported, multi database, and permission based experiences on top of that foundation.

Things you will do

• Define how users structure, manage, and govern contacts across multiple databases

• Create UX and visual designs for AI driven suggestions, templates, and permission flows

• Work closely with Product, Engineering, AI and ML teams, and Developer Relations to deliver consistent experiences across touchpoints

• Plan and run research sessions, workshops, and feedback reviews to validate database and permission workflows

• Use and contribute to the Echo Design System to ensure clear, scalable, and accessible patterns

• Build and refine the new AI supported contact and data experiences on top of our existing platform

What you already bring to the table

• 5+ years of experience in digital product design, ideally within SaaS

• Strong background in zero to one product development, not only iterative feature work

• Confident with the full design process from discovery through execution

• Skilled at creating clear and appealing user interfaces

• Comfortable running user research and usability testing, then turning feedback into meaningful improvements

• Experience using and contributing to a design system

• Proven work on SaaS products with a focus on marketer tools

• A solid portfolio with case studies that show your approach and results
