LI.FI is simplifying multi-chain DeFi for traditional financial institutions, fintechs and service providers by offering a unified API to access all on-chain liquidity across major blockchains for best price same-chain and cross-chain swaps. We are a passionate team on a mission to enable a fairer, more decentralised world. Apart from the tech, we care a lot about user experience and aim to make complex technologies accessible to everyone.

A quick run-down of the job

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to take a leading role in shaping how developers, partners, and end users experience LI.FI’s cross-chain infrastructure. You’ll work on core product surfaces across our SDKs, widgets, and internal tools, helping translate complex cross-chain mechanics into clear, reliable, and scalable product experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and protocol experts to design, iterate, and ship critical features used across the DeFi ecosystem.

What you'll do

  • Work cross-functional with engineering, product and other relevant teams to provide solutions to UX and UI challenges

  • Communicate your ideas through high-quality concepts and prototypes

  • Provide engineers with clear design specifications making sure your designs are understood and implemented as expected

  • Collaborate with your stakeholders to facilitate alignment, create shared understanding, and communicate your design rationale

What makes a good candidate

  • At least 4 years of relevant professional experience

  • Previous experience in crypto

  • Ability to simplify complex financial concepts into intuitive, high-performing UX

  • Well-rounded, driven designer in a fully-remote environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction within the team and external stakeholders

  • End-to-end champion of usability and user-centric design

  • Fluent in Figma, design libraries and components

  • Consistent in following our brand and voice as it evolves

  • Strong ability to work well within a team and to be self-guided on a day-to-day basis

  • Willingness to quickly and successfully embrace and adapt change

  • Willingness to learn and grow within the role

We encourage you to apply if you feel your experience and skills equip you for this job but are not listed here!
