We’re seeking a problem solver and builder who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a background in consumer tech, particularly in managing complex systems and data. What you’ll do: In this role, you will contribute to building innovative products that enhance experiences for our patients, patient advocacy partners, researchers, and internal teams. Your work will encompass both intuitive consumer applications and AI-driven data solutions.

Design holistic experiences throughout the product life cycle, from initial idea to launch and beyond.
Develop high-fidelity prototypes, wireframes, storyboards and design documentation to rapidly test and validate concepts in an iterative manner
Develop and execute a comprehensive design strategy that aligns with FuturHealth’s goals and objectives
Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to deliver an intuitive user experiences that aligns with customer and business needs
It’s a perfect match if you have:
8+ years product design experience with ample experience in a start-up environment.
5+ years of interaction design experience using prototyping tools to demonstrate how a particular interaction will work.
Expertise in design tools such as Figma (preferred), Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite.
Self-Starter: Motivated and comfortable working in a small fast paced team environment with the ability to work autonomously is required .
Excellent and persuasive written and verbal communication skills grounded in storytelling and data.
An innovative, data-driven, and impact-motivated mindset is highly valued
Healthcare or wellness design experience is highly desired.
The pay range for this role is $160,000- $195,000. We offer a competitive salary package and may include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's location, skills, qualifications, and experience. These considerations may cause your compensation to vary.
