What are you going to do?

Our Client helps employers become better managers by giving them the tools they need to automate, simplify, and humanize the labor management process. Employees turn to our client to better navigate their work life, with shift finders and reminders, and financial wellness benefit programs and their employers rely on them to improve operations, reduce turnover, and increase workplace satisfaction.

You will bring 'design-thinking' methodologies, design system knowledge, and thoughtful, well-crafted solutions to a variety of complex problems.

• Participate in shaping our design culture

• Take broad, conceptual ideas and translate them into specific use and value for our internal and external users

• Manage the end-to-end process from idea generation to high fidelity designs

• Design flows and experiences that are incredibly simple and elegant

• Contribute to high-level strategic decisions with the product and executive teams

• Give and solicit feedback from other designers and team members to enhance quality

• Improve our user-facing and internal software product, processes, and company

• Propose, build and synthesize user research studies to solve product and platform problems

• Entrusted with project timelines and progress communication

What will help you succeed

• 5+ years demonstrated experience with end-to-end (hybrid UX and UI) product design

• Experience using Figma

• Experience in building and shipping applications or software

• Must be familiar with current design trends

• Demonstrate product thinking; goal setting and prioritization

• Comfortable building prototypes and maintaining a design system

• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, researchers, data, and marketers
