Job Description

Your responsibilities: 

  • Act as a bridge between Product teams and the Data organization, translating business needs into data requirements. 

  • Partner with Product Managers to define, analyze, and interpret business and product metrics to enable clear, reliable decision-making. 

  • Own and oversee event tracking – define requirements, validate implementation, and ensure consistency over time. 

  • Collaborate with Data Engineers and Data Consultants to build and improve production-ready data models for Product Analytics. 

  • Use Databricks (SQL / Spark) to analyze business performance and user behavior, as well as present insights in Power BI. 

  • Support A/B tests by defining success metrics and interpreting results. 

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Business Analytics, or similar analytical role. 

  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets in cloud data platforms (Databricks is a plus) 

  • Proven experience in KPI defining and Event Tracking. 

  • Familiarity with Reporting Tools (Power BI - is a plus). 

  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into clear business recommendations. 

  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and consult stakeholders. 

  • Fluency in both Polish and English (B2+). 

Nice to have:

  • Exposure to e-commerce platforms or products.
