  • Drive planning and execution for features related to anti-cheat, fraud prevention, exploit mitigation, account security, and enforcement tooling.

  • Be a close partner to the release management team to ensure a smooth experience delivery to our players

  • Create, maintain and communicate reports on roadmap status and team’s needs to the wider studio

  • Balance player trust, game health, and business impact when making prioritization and rollout decisions

  • Establish and drive processes to improve efficiency & communication within the teams and to the rest of the studio

  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure teams are operating with clarity, focus, and accountability

  • Translate complex technical work into clear plans and updates for a broad stakeholder group, including senior leadership

  • Continuously improve production processes, documentation, and operational best practices within the team and wider production group

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years of game production or technical project management experience, ideally on F2P mobile games or large-scale live service products

  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding from hands-on engineering or experience working with highly technical teams (backend, data, security, or platform teams).

  • Player-first mindset with a strong sense of responsibility around fairness, trust, and safety

  • Proven experience shipping and operating complex, systems-driven features at scale

  • Experience in PM methodologies and tools to lead technically complex projects that are fast paced and critical to business

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities.

  • Outstanding communication skills; must be able to articulate sophisticated business and technical situations to a variety of audiences.

  • Solid understanding of engineering standard practices and the full SDLC

  • Must be excited about working on F2P mobile games, and have a user centric approach and passion for improving player experiences
