Senior Producer - Monopoly GO!
Scopely is looking for a Senior Producer to join the Game Integrity team on MONOPOLY GO! . This role can be remote from UK, Portugal or Ireland or hybrid role based in Barcelona or Seville (Spain). In this role, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of initiatives that protect the fairness, stability, and trust of the game ecosystem.
You will be embedded in the Game Integrity working at the intersection of product, engineering, data, live operations, and player care, ensuring that systems designed to prevent cheating, fraud, abuse, and exploits are delivered efficiently and scaled to millions of daily players. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring strong production fundamentals, operational rigor, and the ability to navigate complex technical and player-impacting problems. You will be reporting directly to the Lead Producer of the Ecosystem group.

What you’ll do
Own the end-to-end production lifecycle for Game Integrity initiatives, from discovery and prioritization through delivery, rollout, and post-launch monitoring
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Player Experience, Legal, and Security teams to align on goals, scope, and success metrics, and amazing experience for our players.
Drive planning and execution for features related to anti-cheat, fraud prevention, exploit mitigation, account security, and enforcement tooling.
Be a close partner to the release management team to ensure a smooth experience delivery to our players
Create, maintain and communicate reports on roadmap status and team’s needs to the wider studio
Balance player trust, game health, and business impact when making prioritization and rollout decisions
Establish and drive processes to improve efficiency & communication within the teams and to the rest of the studio
Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure teams are operating with clarity, focus, and accountability
Translate complex technical work into clear plans and updates for a broad stakeholder group, including senior leadership
Continuously improve production processes, documentation, and operational best practices within the team and wider production group
What we’re looking for
5+ years of game production or technical project management experience, ideally on F2P mobile games or large-scale live service products
Strong technical knowledge and understanding from hands-on engineering or experience working with highly technical teams (backend, data, security, or platform teams).
Player-first mindset with a strong sense of responsibility around fairness, trust, and safety
Proven experience shipping and operating complex, systems-driven features at scale
Experience in PM methodologies and tools to lead technically complex projects that are fast paced and critical to business
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities.
Outstanding communication skills; must be able to articulate sophisticated business and technical situations to a variety of audiences.
Solid understanding of engineering standard practices and the full SDLC
Must be excited about working on F2P mobile games, and have a user centric approach and passion for improving player experiences
Bonus points
Experience with game integrity, trust & safety, anti-cheat, fraud, or platform security systems
Familiarity with data-driven decision making, dashboards, and KPIs
Experience supporting incident response or operational on-call processes
