We are looking for an Operations Senior Process Analyst who understands all of the company's processes. To work with the business areas to define and implement improvement opportunities with the objective of executing tasks in the most efficient way. be the point of reference for the business processes and methodologies, and collaborate with the process analysts from other areas to make sure that cross-functional collaboration is achieved and touchpoints are done smoothly. And, to assist the leaders in defining the structure and communication flow of the team that is needed for the processes and methodologies to work smoothly and in a scalable way.

Expected outcomes & responsibilities

  • Understand the high-level global operation of the company, its main processes, tools, metrics, teams, and methodology.

  • Understand the current operations of the business area assigned, its challenges, teams, tools, partners, main activities, and internal customers.

  • Understand current initiatives: as-is process, challenges, goals of the initiative, business concerns, impact, and business KPIs.

  • Passionate about analyzing business processes, process optimization, and digitalization.

  • Engages directly and proactively with business areas to understand business objectives and main issues.

  • Proactively seeks and recommends solutions to the challenges of the business areas thinking in a scalable way

  • Define KPIs and points of control for the process

  • Generate and maintain process flowcharts and documentation, available for the companies areas

  • Monitors and ensures adherence to established processes

  • Analyze requirements to solve complex business problems through technologies and systems. Research and development of new technological tools

  • Define metrics to evaluate the performance of the processes and the impact of the improvements implemented in the project

  • Negotiate and mediate with the business area to align action plans

  • Assists the business areas in implementing best practices for organization, delegation, decision making and team structure to improve efficiency.

Experience/ Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience as a business process analyst or similar role.

  • Previous experience with  logistics and fulfillment centers operations area.

  • Experience in E-commerce and or Retail is a must.

  • Upper-intermediate spoke and written English is a must.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and excellent negotiation skills.

  • Strong experience analyzing and improving cross-functional business processes.

  • Experience creating process flows and documentation.

  • Experience defining KPIs and Dashboards is a plus.

  • Proactivity in taking ownership of projects and issues. Capability to manage several projects, areas, and stakeholders

  • Knowledge of Agile Methodologies, Six Sigma, Lean, BPM, Project Management, Design Thinking, and Digital Transformation desired is a plus.
