* Support Account Manager and the rest of the client team in project and renewal discussions.

* Provide consistent reporting on project status, progress and other relevant dates.

* Serve as subject matter resource on privacy law and policy matters and provide input into defining and building new consulting offerings.

* Identify and provide analysis of new and existing consumer privacy, employee privacy, and other relevant data and consumer protection laws.

* Participate in webinars on topics relating to data privacy

What You Will Bring

* Bachelor’s degree preferred; advanced degree a plus.

* 7-10 years in data privacy management required; minimum 3 years of client-facing consulting practice experience.

* Professional Certification: CIPP required or able to be obtained within 6 months. Additional CIPP or other complimentary certifications (CIPM) are strongly favored.

* Good working knowledge of major US, Canadian, EU, LATAM and APAC privacy laws.

* Self-management abilities and strong leadership skills are required.

* Exceptional communication and customer relationship skills, good facilitator, capable of producing quality documentation, staying organized and keeping projects on track. Able to communicate clearly and concisely.

* Confidence to speak up and challenge ideas and propose alternatives; desire to constantly seek and offer constructive feedback.

* Energy and enthusiasm around privacy and to be part of an organization working in a complex discipline.

* Solid public speaking/presentation skills, adept at presentations and crafting messaging that resonates.

* Ability to travel as needed for onsite clients meetings and in person team meetings.

* Ability to multi-task and context-shift; ability to work effectively both independently and as a member of a fast-paced, client focused team.
