We are hiring a Senior Pricing Analyst to oversee and lead all pricing efforts as we continue to grow and work on pivotal Federal programs that are making a positive impact on millions of Americans' daily lives.
What you'll be doing:
Develop and maintain pricing models and tools to streamline pricing processes and enhance accuracy
Lead strategy and color teams reviews
Serve as the Pricing SME and be the leader of the Pricing function as we grow out the team
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, growth, and operations to develop competitive pricing strategies for government contracts, from capture to submission
Evaluate historical pricing data and market trends to inform pricing decisions and forecast future pricing scenarios
Conduct thorough analysis of government contract pricing proposals, including cost and pricing data, to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
Analyze RFP, RFI, RFP, RFQ and other sources for price, cost and business risk and compliance
Make recommendations for mitigation strategies including crafting questions to the Government
Conduct associated subcontractor pricing analysis and negotiation
Create complex pricing models using cost inputs from solutioning
Assist in the development of Price To Win (PTW) models and target rate analyses
Lead development and writing of price narratives and business volumes
May assist in the review and contribution to staffing plans or sections as it relates to cost inputs
Ensures that the final price or business volume is compliant with the solicitation requirements and relevant Government regulations
Upon award, work with the operations and transition teams to ensure an understanding of the price and cost inputs for successful start-up
What you’ll bring:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing analysis in a government contracting environment
Strong understanding of government contract pricing regulations and requirements, including FAR and DFARS
Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, with advanced Excel skills
Experience with pricing tools and software
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful insights
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate pricing recommendations to stakeholders at all levels
Professional certification such as Certified Pricing Professional (CPP) or other related certifications is a plus
Requirements:
Must be a US Citizen and able to work domestically
Must be able to attain low-level security clearance

United States Wage Range: $100,000 – $150,000
