Purpose

The Senior People Success Manager is a seasoned HR professional who collaborates with Kueski’s business leaders at the Customer Operations and Growth organizations to drive company objectives and achieve goals. This role operates as an expert, handling large-scale People projects, and constructively challenging assumptions. The Senior People Success Manager is a trusted leader among senior managers. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with business leaders to engage team members, advance the company culture, build relationships, and sustain high morale

  • Manage key and foundational people practices in support of business leaders (e.g.,  job architecture, promotions, performance management, transfers, separations); manage the roll out of cyclical programs across supported business units, such as merit and compensation review and engagement survey action planning

  • Partner closely with business leaders and Finance on annual business planning, including strategic planning, forecasting, and developing headcount plans

  • Consult people managers regarding talent development needs of the business and work collaboratively with the Talent Development team to create development programs

  • Coach and provide guidance to people managers on feedback practices, compensation practices, mobility, talent management, performance management, and any other employee matters

  • Use data driven approach to analyze trends, inform decisions, and implement actions to that lead to company/business success and talent attraction, development, and retention

  • Lead and/or contribute to People Success programs such as organizational development, management development, talent management, DEI strategies, and the formulation, recommendation, and deployment of other highly complex programs and policies that combine strategic sense with tactical execution

  • Ensure processes for conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations related to employee concerns

Position Requirements

  • At least 6 years of experience in the HR/People field, holding strategic HR/People leader roles. The ideal candidate holds at least 3+ years of experience as a strategic partner to the business (HRBP) for Customer Operations and/or Growth organizations.

  • Experience working in an international/global environment in the technology industry.

  • Experience in Agile methodology for project management is preferred

  • Masters degree in a related field (Business, Organizational Psychology) is preferred, or equivalent experience

  • Fluency in English and Spanish
