About the role:
Are you a dynamic HR Business Partner passionate about scaling a rapidly growing fintech company? As our Senior People Partner, you'll be partnering with key leaders to drive organizational effectiveness and build a high-performing, engaging culture. This is a hands-on role where you'll balance strategic initiatives with day-to-day execution collaborating with our specialists within the People team. You will be part of the People Leadership Team reporting to the Head of People.
Minimum qualifications:
A minimum of 7 years of solid experience in a People Partner role (HR Business Partner), with a preference for candidates with a background in the Tech sector.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and coach at all levels within the organization.
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations in APAC.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.
Strong project management skills and able to identify problems, develop solutions and drive initiatives with measurable impact.
Demonstrated business acumen to drive organizational and people-related strategies and outcomes.
Regional or global experience, demonstrating adaptability to diverse cultures and backgrounds.
