About the role:

Are you a dynamic HR Business Partner passionate about scaling a rapidly growing fintech company? As our Senior People Partner, you'll be partnering with key leaders to drive organizational effectiveness and build a high-performing, engaging culture. This is a hands-on role where you'll balance strategic initiatives with day-to-day execution collaborating with our specialists within the People team. You will be part of the People Leadership Team reporting to the Head of People. 

Minimum qualifications: 

  • A minimum of 7 years of solid experience in a People Partner role (HR Business Partner), with a preference for candidates with a background in the Tech sector.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and coach at all levels within the organization.

  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations in APAC.

Preferred qualifications: 

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.

  • Strong project management skills and able to identify problems, develop solutions and drive initiatives with measurable impact.

  • Demonstrated business acumen to drive organizational and people-related strategies and outcomes.

  • Regional or global experience, demonstrating adaptability to diverse cultures and backgrounds.
