Senior Partner Marketing Manager
About the Role
As a Senior Partner Marketing Manager at Apollo, you will be the first dedicated marketer supporting our growing Partner Ecosystem, including both our Technology Partners and Solutions Partners (RevOps, Marketing, and Lead Generation Agencies). You’ll develop and execute go-to-market programs that drive awareness, activation, and revenue impact through partners. You’ll collaborate closely with Apollo’s Partnerships, Product Marketing, Content, Enablement, and Demand Gen teams to build compelling co-marketing campaigns, drive partner engagement, and create enablement assets that accelerate performance. This is a highly cross-functional, builder role — ideal for a strategic B2B marketer with a passion for partners, a strong eye for brand, and a bias toward experimentation and results.
What you’ll do:
Build and Execute Partner Co-Marketing Campaigns
Design and launch GTM campaigns with technology and agency partners (e.g., webinars, case studies, email journeys, landing pages).
Own timelines, messaging, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Create and Manage Scalable Partner Enablement Assets
Develop pitch decks, one-pagers, training materials, and sales collateral that help partners effectively position Apollo.
Work with Product Marketing to align messaging to use cases and ICP.
Own Partner Activation Programs
Design nurture programs to turn onboarded partners into revenue-generating advocates.
Test incentives, lifecycle comms, and educational touchpoints to drive engagement.
Collaborate Across the Business
Partner closely with the Partnerships, Product, Marketing, and Revenue teams to align on goals and measure the impact of partner-driven initiatives.
Contribute to partner launches, blog announcements, campaigns, and feedback loops.
Track and Report on Performance
Use HubSpot, PartnerStack, and internal dashboards to monitor performance across campaigns and partner cohorts.
Optimize based on engagement, sourced revenue, and partner lifecycle behavior.
Minimum Qualifications
6-10 years of experience in B2B partner marketing, with a focus on partner pipeline and revenue contribution
Prior experience working with or within a partner ecosystem (agencies, tech integrations, marketplaces)
Strong project management skills; highly organized and deadline-driven
Excellent writer and communicator; confident with both partner-facing and internal messaging
Experience building omni-channel co-marketing campaigns that are tied to business and revenue outcomes
Familiarity with partner tools like PartnerStack, Crossbeam, and PartnerPage
Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset
