About The Role

As Senior Partner Manager, you will be responsible for managing Taskrabbit’s relationship with IKEA service offices and stores in Iberia (Spain and Portugal). This will involve owning the performance targets and general operations needed to reach such targets. The Senior Partner Manager will also be responsible for expanding and nurturing the partner base in the region, identifying new partners, and developing relationships to achieve agreed-upon performance levels. Our ideal candidate is passionate about Taskrabbit and the sharing economy, has experience in influencing partners, has strong communication skills and has a very collaborative approach in reaching the needed results. Excellent Spanish and Portuguese language skills are mandatory.

What You Will Do:

  • Responsible for the success of Taskrabbit’s partnership with IKEA in Iberia (Spain and Portugal), in multiple channels and across multiple cities.

  • Day-to-day management of relationships and communication with national and regional stakeholders.

  • Analyse and report on performance for all key channels (online and stores) and share with key stakeholders leading to real business actions. 

  • Prioritise, execute and influence performance improvement actions, this can include analytical activities as well as on the ground direct actions.

  • Communicate the Taskrabbit value proposition to IKEA co-workers as part of training sessions and act as an outward-facing ambassador of TaskRabbit’s values, brand and products TaskRabbit in a multitude of strategic, tactical and operational forums to drive growth.

  • Growth new partners in the region to achieve agreed-upon performance levels.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years professional/management experience dealing with partners, preferably from retail or tech companies.

  • A mix of analytical (Looker, Salesforce, any analysis and CRM tools) and operational execution (engaging and creating long lasting relations with partners) skills. 

  • You’re comfortable operating at a fast pace in an entrepreneurial environment.

  • Excellent Spanish (first language mandatory), Portuguese language skills is a plus.

  • Madrid based mandatory. This is a role that requires travelling within Spain (and possibly Portugal) and London (from time to time, up to 20% of the time).

Compensation & Benefits:

At Taskrabbit, our approach to compensation is designed to be competitive, transparent and equitable. Total compensation consists of base pay + bonus + benefits + perks. The annual gross pay range for this position is €52,000 - €66,000. This is the base pay only, and does not include any other total cash compensation amounts, such as company bonus or benefits.
