HubSpot’s People Team is looking for a Sr. Mobility & Immigration Specialist (Sr. Mobility Partner) to help support the company’s global mobility and immigration function by providing remarkable support to key stakeholders, employees, and candidates for the Americas region. This role will be based in the United States.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Developing and implementing mobility solutions that meet the unique needs of the business
Advising managers, Recruiters, HR Business Partners and other company stakeholders on general global mobility and immigration queries
Serving as the escalation point for mobile employees in the Americas region regarding mobility issues including immigration, relocation and tax
Managing outside counsel across multiple countries to support work authorisations, immigration permissions, visa and permanent residence applications for new hires, current employees, and interoffice transfers, in the Americas region
Keeping up with the ever-changing global mobility and immigration landscape, working with outside mobility vendors to understand impact, and advising our internal stakeholders, respectively
Managing sponsorship assessments for global candidates during the interview process
Running case review check-ins with outside mobility vendors
Assisting with interoffice global mobility transfers
Maintaining accuracy of employee records and reports, as well as document compliance
Assisting with process improvement and project management that supports the wider global mobility and immigration function at scale
We are looking for people who are or have:
6+ years of experience working in a mobility and immigration related role in the Americas region, preferably with an in-house mobility team or a mobility service provider
Mobility related certification, such as GMS (Global Mobility Specialist) or GPHR (Global Professional in HR) or a similar certification is ideal
Working knowledge of U.S. employment immigration, with broader knowledge of Canadian and Central/South American employment-based immigration a plus
Customer centered mindset, including creative problem solving and clear and empathetic communication style
Resourceful, self-driven and feel comfortable independently managing caseloads and projects
The ability to handle a broad range of subject matters and work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, and transparent environment
Excellent prioritization, attention to detail and time management skills
Reliable, team-oriented, and have a positive, can-do attitude
Passionate about the values in the HubSpot Culture Code

Cash compensation range: 98500-157600 USD Annually This resource will help guide how we recommend thinking about the range you see. Learn more about HubSpot’s compensation philosophy. The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
