About the Role We’re looking for a creative, execution-focused Senior Marketing Specialist to help elevate our brand, support revenue growth, and bring campaigns to life across multiple channels. This role is ideal for a marketer who blends strong visual design skills with performance-driven thinking and is comfortable working in a fast-paced B2B environment. You’ll partner closely with sales, leadership, and external stakeholders to develop content, campaigns, and materials that drive engagement and pipeline growth. What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns across digital, email, social, and events

  • Design high-quality marketing assets, including social graphics, one-pagers, email templates, and sales enablement materials

  • Manage and optimize CRM and marketing automation workflows (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.)

  • Build landing pages and campaign assets to support lead generation initiatives

  • Collaborate with sales to align messaging and support pipeline acceleration

  • Track campaign performance and report on KPIs to improve engagement and conversion

  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience (agency or in-house)

  • Strong design capabilities using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop preferred)

  • Experience working within CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Pipedrive, Salesforce, or HubSpot

  • Understanding of marketing analytics, campaign tracking, and performance optimization

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment

  • Strong written and visual storytelling skills

  • Detail-oriented with a high standard for quality and brand consistency

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the talent acquisition industry

  • Event marketing or webinar promotion experience

  • Basic knowledge of SEO and paid digital campaigns

  • Experience managing websites in a WordPress environment
