Stable. Supportive. Success-driven. eFlexervices is a premier BPO company with a 24-year track record of excellence. We don't just fill seats; we invest in human potential. We are dedicated to finding the perfect fit for your skills and helping you optimize your career performance. If you're looking for a company that values exceptional quality and operates on a foundation of trust, you belong at eFlex.
What we are looking for:
Are you ready to take your expertise to the next level? At eFlexervices, we're not just hiring a Senior Marketing Coordinator– we're empowering your talent to deliver quality and performance. Join us in shaping the success and making an impact that truly matters.
We are recruiting on behalf of a U.S.-based lifestyle and fashion brand that designs handbags and accessories for professional women who are tired of choosing between style and function. Featured in Forbes, Refinery29, NPR, and Marie Claire, the brand is sold through Shopify, Amazon, Nordstrom, and Macy’s, and is a remote-first team growing fast across retail and DTC. This Senior Marketing Coordinator owns campaign execution, organization, and reporting across D2C, retail, PR, and influencer initiatives.
You’ll take ownership of two metrics that are central to where this business is headed:
Organic review rate: move from 1.1% to 4.4% of units sold
DTC conversion rate: move from 0.36% to 1.0%
Reviews build social proof across every channel. DTC conversion is the foundation before we invest in paid acquisition. This is a role for someone who wants to build systems, not just execute tasks.
What you’ll be doing:
First month: build the review generation system and email automation. From there:
Review Generation
Design and build a review request system across DTC and Amazon
Ensure eligible orders receive review requests; track and iterate on results
Email Marketing
Own Klaviyo — campaigns, automated flows, segmentation, A/B testing
Build lifecycle sequences (welcome, post-purchase, win-back, VIP)
Report on open rates, CTR, and revenue impact weekly
Listings, SEO & Conversion
Optimize product listings and copy across Shopify, Amazon, and Nordstrom
Improve keyword ranking and organic visibility on Amazon and Nordstrom
Drive organic traffic to Shopify through Google SEO
Identify and fix conversion barriers on the DTC storefront
Marketing Operations
Manage the master marketing calendar across DTC, retail, and email
Coordinate campaign assets, approvals, and on-time execution
Pull weekly performance reports; partner with Finance/Ops on launches
Qualifications and Requirements:
5–8 years of experience in marketing, e-commerce, or digital campaigns — with progressive ownership of metrics and systems
Hands-on Shopify and Klaviyo experience (or similar email platform)
Strong copywriter — email, product descriptions, review messaging, brand voice
Search optimization — Google SEO, Amazon keywords, marketplace visibility
Analytical — reads data, draws conclusions, acts on them
Multi-channel — familiar with 2+ of Shopify, Amazon, or retail e-commerce
Excellent English writing; experience working remotely
Must have prior graveyard-shift experience overlapping with U.S. CST
Experience in lifestyle, retail, or fashion brands preferred.
What Separates Great from Good:
✓ Think in systems, not tasks — design the path to move the metric ✓ Multi-channel awareness — different platforms, different rules, and you find that interesting ✓ Resourceful — figure things out, use AI, bring solutions, not questions ✓ Customer-first — every touchpoint considered from the customer’s perspective ✓ Write copy that connects — human, not templated

About the Team
Remote team. You report directly to the CEO. We run on EOS with weekly L10 meetings, Monday 1:1s, and quarterly goal-setting. Async-first via Slack. We lead before we’re asked, think from the customer’s perspective, grow with intention, and think deeply before we act.
Our Hiring Process
After reviewing applications, a small number of candidates are invited to a paid skills test ($40 for 3–4 hours). It’s a real business problem with no single right answer — your chance to show how you think, not just what’s on your resume. We pay for your time because we take this seriously, and we think you should too.
