You’ll help us understand where to invest, which markets to prioritise, and how to optimise performance across regions and channels — turning complexity into clarity.

Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Senior Marketing Analyst transforms data into actionable insights that inform strategy, optimise marketing performance, and drive growth across global and regional markets. By analysing market potential, country and channel performance, and customer behaviour, you’ll help identify where and how to invest for maximum impact. Working cross-functionally, you’ll deliver data-driven recommendations that shape marketing plans, support go-to-market strategies, guide international expansion, and advance the company’s overall growth agenda.

What you’ll do to succeed

  • Translate performance and market data into clear, actionable insight for global and regional marketing teams

  • Assess market & product performance, growth potential, and market conditions to prioritise investment and guide expansion

  • Support global market expansion analysis, identifying new opportunities and advising where/how to enter, scale, or optimise

  • Help build and refine go-to-market strategy, using data, insights, and competitor analysis to inform positioning and targeting

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting to track key metrics across campaigns, channels, and regions

  • Analyse marketing performance to improve reach, engagement, conversion, and ROI

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analysis with business goals

  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across marketing reporting

How you’ll do this

  • Deliver recommendations that leadership teams can act on — not just “interesting findings”

  • Combine analysis with commercial context to answer the “so what?” and “what next?”

  • Use tools such as HubSpot, D365, and automation platforms to gather, interpret and connect insights

  • Think critically to uncover the why behind performance trends and identify growth opportunities

  • Communicate clearly: turning complex insights into concise, compelling stories that influence decisions

  • Stay agile and proactive as priorities and market conditions change — without compromising accuracy and integrity

Qualifications

What you'll bring

  • Experience in marketing analytics/commercial analytics, ideally in global/multi-region environments

  • Proven experience assessing market potential and guiding new market entry / international expansion decisions

  • Strong track record building executive-level dashboards and performance reporting that supports strategic planning

  • Ability to turn complex marketing and commercial data into actionable insights that influence senior decisions

What you're great at

  • Analysing complex datasets and extracting meaningful insight

  • Building dashboards and reports that tell a clear story and drive action

  • Connecting marketing performance metrics to outcomes like pipeline, revenue, and retention

  • Partnering across teams to translate goals into measurable KPIs

  • Spotting trends early — and knowing what to investigate next

  • Working confidently with Excel, HubSpot, D365, and marketing platforms

  • Communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Managing multiple priorities with organisation, clarity, and follow-through
