We’re seeking a Senior Marketer to lead and grow our most strategic AI partnerships, including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and Microsoft. This role is focused on building, structuring, and operationalizing high-impact partnership initiatives that accelerate our AI strategy and drive mutual outcomes.
This position sits at the intersection of partnerships, go-to-market, and strategic execution. You’ll manage key relationships, identify opportunities, structure joint initiatives, navigate agreements, and ensure mutual value.
As our Senior Marketer for AI Partnerships, you will be responsible for translating strategic alignment into executable joint plans, spanning product collaboration, go-to-market initiatives, and co-investment opportunities.This role calls for a proactive dealmaker who thrives in ambiguity, can influence senior stakeholders, and turns idea into measurable action/results.
In this role, you will:
Own and deepen relationships with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and Microsoft,
Identify, structure, and advance high-impact partnership opportunities that drive product adoption, revenue growth, and market expansion.
Lead joint business planning with partners, aligning on shared objectives, investment areas, and measurable outcomes.
Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, including co-marketing terms, commercial frameworks, scopes of work, and investment structures.
Act as a “deal maker”, proactively sourcing opportunities, building business cases, and driving internal and external stakeholders toward agreement
Own the end-to-end execution of key partnership initiatives, including co-marketing programs and joint GTM efforts, stepping in directly to drive delivery when needed.
Navigate complex cross-functional alignment across legal, finance, product, and GTM teams to move partnerships from concept to execution.
Ensure partnership initiatives are operationalized effectively across product, sales, marketing, and developer ecosystems.
Oversee integrated go-to-market initiatives with partners, ensuring they support broader business objectives and drive measurable pipeline impact.
Monitor performance and partnership health, using data and executive reporting to inform optimization and investment decisions.
We’re looking for someone who:
Has proven experience owning and scaling strategic technology partnerships with enterprise or platform partners.
Is comfortable negotiating agreements and commercial terms, working closely with legal and finance to structure mutually beneficial deals.
Demonstrates strong deal-making instincts, able to spot opportunity, align incentives, and move stakeholders toward action.
Has experience managing complex, multi-party initiatives with senior stakeholders across organizations.
Thrives in ambiguity and fast-moving environments, with the ability to bring structure and clarity where none exists.
Brings strong executive communication skills and can influence across business development, product, legal, finance, developer relations, and marketing.
Understands AI/ML, cloud ecosystems, or developer platforms and how platform partnerships drive growth.
Has a track record of translating strategic partnerships into measurable business outcomes (revenue, adoption, distribution, or ecosystem expansion).
Pay & Benefits
The cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are tailored to your skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
