Why Mozilla?

Mozilla Corporation is the non-profit-backed technology company that has shaped the internet for the better over the last 25 years. We make pioneering brands like Firefox, the privacy-minded web browser, and Pocket, a service for keeping up with the best content online. Now, with more than 225 million people around the world using our products each month, we’re shaping the next 25 years of technology and helping to reclaim an internet built for people, not companies. Our work focuses on diverse areas including AI, social media, security and more. And we’re doing this while never losing our focus on our core mission – to make the internet better for people.

The Mozilla Corporation is wholly owned by the non-profit 501(c) Mozilla Foundation. This means we aren’t beholden to any shareholders — only to our mission. Along with thousands of volunteer contributors and collaborators all over the world, Mozillians design, build and distribute open-source software that enables people to enjoy the internet on their terms.

About this team and role:

Mozilla’s Anonym subsidiary is a leading provider of private digital advertising solutions, specializing in private measurement, targeting, and optimization services. Our mission is to drive client marketing success through innovative and secure advertising technologies. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of privacy while delivering exceptional results for our clients.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sr. Manager of Sales to join our team at Anonym. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales within the digital advertising, measurement, data, and ad tech industries. As a Sr. Manager of Sales, you will be responsible for sourcing new clients, attending industry conferences, pitching our solutions, and driving new customer acquisition.

What you’ll do:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and source new clients through various channels, including networking, industry events, and direct outreach.

  • Conference Attendance: Represent Mozilla/Anonym at industry conferences and events, building relationships with potential clients and partners.

  • Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches to prospective clients, showcasing the value of our private measurement, targeting, and optimization solutions.

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals and drive business growth.

  • Top-Level Funnel Work: Lead the initial stages of the sales process, including lead generation, and qualification.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client acquisition and retention.

  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.

  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to senior management.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience: 10-12 years of experience in B2B sales

  • Expertise: Strong understanding of advertising effectiveness and measurement, growth marketing, and ad tech solutions.

  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in driving sales and achieving revenue targets.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively.

  • Networking: Ability to build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, clients, and partners.

  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to changing market conditions.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

What you’ll get:

  • Generous incentive-based compensation plan to all eligible employees

  • Rich medical, dental, and vision coverage

  • Generous retirement contributions with 100% immediate vesting (regardless of whether you contribute)

  • Quarterly all-company wellness days where everyone takes a pause together

  • Country specific holidays plus a day off for your birthday

  • One-time home office stipend

  • Annual professional development budget

  • Quarterly well-being stipend

  • Considerable paid parental leave

  • Employee referral bonus program

  • Other benefits (life/AD&D, disability, EAP, etc. - varies by country)
