Senior Manager of Leadership & Enablement Programs
Are you ready to elevate sales capabilities and drive transformative change within a leading Cloud Marketplace? At Pax8, we're searching for a dynamic Senior Manager of Leadership & Enablement Programs who can design and implement comprehensive enablement and change management strategies to maximize the adoption and effectiveness of our sales systems and tools.
What You'll Do:
Create and Execute Enablement Programs: Develop and deliver enablement programs to support major GTM changes and optimize enablement operations. Build data dashboards to measure the impact of enablement programs and suggest improvements.
Change Management Expertise: Lead the design and execution of change management strategies for significant operational changes with a leadership focus.
Communications and Change Management: Execute effective communication strategies and change management tactics to ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
Leadership Enablement: Develop frameworks and playbooks for sales leadership, observe performance, and coach sales leaders to enhance their teams' skills and productivity.
Collaborate with Leadership: Work with sales Managers, Directors, and VPs to align enablement and change management initiatives with organizational goals, ensuring consistency globally.
Training and Content Creation: Design and lead training sessions on various topics, create localized training materials and enablement resources, and manage the development of learning paths and certifications for leadership.
Your Daily Impact:
Strategic Enablement and Change Management: From day one, you'll be designing and implementing strategies to enable our sales leaders and manage change effectively.
Leadership Coaching: Provide ongoing coaching to sales leaders, helping them to enhance their team's skills, performance, and adoption of new initiatives.
Content Development: Develop and localize training materials to meet the unique needs of our global sales team.
What You Bring to the Table:
Experience: At least five years of experience in training and enabling sales leadership roles, two years of COM sales methodology enablement experience, and a strong background in change management.
Skills: Expertise in sales tools like Salesforce, proficiency in MS Office, and knowledge of Adult Learning Theory concepts. Foundational understanding of AI capabilities in the role. Demonstrated ability to lead and execute change management initiatives.
Leadership: Prior management experience and a passion for enabling others to be successful.
Success Metrics:
90 Days: You'll have established enablement and change management strategies for key programs and executed sales leadership enablement sessions on performance enhancement coaching.
6 Months: You'll have executed several enablement sessions, developed new enablement materials and enablement programs that are leadership-focused, optimized enablement operations, and led successful change management initiatives.
1 Year: You'll have demonstrated the impact of enablement and change management programs through data dashboards and presented 4 quarterly business reviews to leadership.
