About This Role

We are looking for a Senior Data Manager to oversee and enhance our GTM data management and strategic analysis. In this crucial role, you'll be responsible for optimizing data-driven decision-making processes that are aligned with our organizational goals. Your expertise will directly contribute to maintaining high data accuracy and integrity, developing advanced data analysis frameworks, and ensuring the effective use of Tableau dashboards for real-time GTM metric tracking. This position demands a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and a robust approach to data governance, making it essential for driving our business forward.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the GTM Data, Strategy, and Insights team to provide actionable intelligence, strategic insights, and comprehensive reporting to drive decision-making across all GTM functions.

  • Experience leading a team of 5-10 technical specialists to executive & operations objectives.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reporting frameworks to track and analyze performance against sales quotas and commissions.

  • Oversee the integration and maintenance of Salesforce and other CRM tools, ensuring data accuracy and usability.

  • Spearhead the strategic planning processes, working closely with executive leadership to align GTM strategies with overall business objectives.

  • Foster a culture of data-driven decision making, ensuring that insights inform strategic directions and tactical adjustments in real-time.

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong background in data analysis, strategic planning, and GTM execution within a tech or SaaS environment.

  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage analytics and strategy teams.

  • In-depth knowledge of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, and data hygiene best practices.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Statistics, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
