Named a Time 100 Most Influential Company and Fast Company Brand That Matters, we achieved a fully profitable year in 2022, becoming the first in our industry to reach this milestone.

At Lime, we don’t think our riders should have to ride the same vehicles that a small number of suppliers sell to all of our competitors. • Collaborate with cross-functional team members to identify electronics system features, functions, and requirements.

  • Provide technical oversight and management of ODM and JDM supplier relationships and projects.

  • Create initial prototypes and concept models of electronics systems with an eye towards practicality and manufacturing feasibility.

  • Stay abreast of new technologies relevant to our industry and implement them when feasible. Continue to self-educate with new technologies.

  • Bring best in class tools and processes to Lime’s electrical systems development including eCAD, schematic capture, simulation, SIPI, PCB layout, PCB fab, SMT, ICT, conducted and OTA RF testing, system validation, and qualification.

About you:

  • You are a curious, hands-on electronics designer that likes to prototype and test your ideas.

  • You are a team player,  eager to jump in and contribute to the team’s goals.

  • You are able to successfully manage projects with nebulous goals and direction.

  • You are an empathetic manager who enables members of your team to perform at their best.

  • You have experience developing embedded systems and partnering with firmware teams to deliver low power systems with a seamless user experience.  You have a deep understanding of the process by which systems are optimized for cost, performance, and hardware/firmware development efficiency.

  • You have experience developing connected products (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS, LTE, UWB, NFC)

  • You are a skilled collaborator who aligns competing goals and enables data driven decisions.
