FICO is seeking a Marketplace Onboarding & Partner Manager to join our Global FICO Marketplace Team within the Global Partners and Alliances organization. In this role, you will own and manage the inbound partner application and onboarding process for a growing portfolio of marketplace partnerships, while contributing to the continuous improvement of the processes and tools that enable our marketplace ecosystem to scale efficiently. You will serve as the primary point of contact for incoming partner applications, manage a portfolio of lower-touch transactional partnerships, and collaborate with marketing, account managers, legal, security, operations, and technical teams to ensure seamless partner integration.' - Hiring Manager
What You'll Contribute
Inbound Application & Partner Intake: Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound marketplace partner applications; manage the application intake process, respond to partner inquiries via centralized channels, and ensure timely progression through qualification, due diligence, and onboarding steps.
Onboarding Process Management: Own and manage a streamlined onboarding process for high-volume, lower-touch partnerships; conduct due diligence checks, manage partner communications, create accounts, and ensure partners are set up for success on the FICO Marketplace.
Onboarding Monitoring & Issue Resolution: Monitor onboarding progress across all marketplace partners; identify and help resolve bottlenecks in due diligence, legal, or technical steps; escalate systemic issues to improve process throughput.
Provider Pipeline Management: Maintain a pipeline of targeted providers that meet FICO Platform customer and strategy needs; proactively recruit partners to join the FICO Marketplace.
Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of lower-touch, transactional partnerships; systematically evaluate their strategic value and review candidates for promotion to strategic accounts with management; coordinate handoffs of promoted accounts to Partner Account Managers.
Salesforce Operations Excellence: Handle complete account setup, partnership records, quotes, opportunities, and legal requests to ensure accurate partnership data and smooth operational workflows.
Process Optimization: Identify process bottlenecks, gaps, and improvement opportunities across the partner onboarding lifecycle; partner with operations, technology, and cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions, including advancing self-service onboarding capabilities.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with colleagues across departments - including marketing, legal, cybersecurity, operations, and technical teams - to ensure seamless partner integration, resolve onboarding challenges, and improve processes.
What We're Seeking
3–5+ years of experience in partner management, operations, or business development within B2B technology or SaaS environments; financial services industry or risk lifecycle experience a plus.
Experience with CRM systems, Salesforce preferred, including account setup, opportunity management, and data governance.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex operational processes and coordinate across multiple internal stakeholders.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle 30+ partner onboardings annually while maintaining quality and efficiency.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills to work effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
Experience in legal request coordination, security and due diligence processes, and contract administration.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving processes.
Proactive self-starter with the ability to assess situations, determine what is needed, and execute on objectives with guidance and guiding principles rather than close oversight.
Software marketplace or platform ecosystem experience a plus.
Process design, change management, or continuous improvement experience a plus.
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience required; field of study is less important than demonstrated ability to manage operational complexity and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
