  • Assist in building business cases and investment summaries for internal decision-making.

  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and benchmarking to inform strategic assessments.

  • Review product portfolios, R&D pipelines, and development programs to assess technical viability and strategic fit.

  • Partner with R&D, Commercial, Finance and other cross functional teams to evaluate asset risks and opportunities.

  • Manage diligence workstreams and track deliverables across Legal, Finance, Regulatory, Operations, and Commercial teams.

  • Compile diligence findings and summarize key risks and value drivers.

  • Support drafting of investment memos, executive presentations, and governance materials.

  • Assist in negotiation preparation by providing scenario modeling and risk analysis.

  • Help maintain deal tracking tools and pipeline reporting.

  • Contribute to refinement of corporate development templates, processes, and reporting structures.

  • Support post-deal tracking and early-stage integration coordination.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree required. Master’s degree preferred.

  • 4-8 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, consulting, transaction advisory, or strategic finance, preferably within pharmaceuticals or healthcare.

  • Experience supporting M&A, licensing, or strategic transactions.

  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.

  • Scientific literacy or background (Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotech, etc.) with ability to understand therapeutic and development data.

  • Highly organized with strong project management capabilities.

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a matrixed organization.

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. The salary range for this position is $95,000 - $193,000.
