What you will do:
Work closely with sales leadership to streamline and enhance sales processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in achieving revenue targets.
Oversee the development and implementation of robust reporting systems to provide key insights into commercial performance, market trends, and opportunities for improvement.
Drive the development of accurate sales forecasts, working closely with finance and sales teams to align revenue.
Administer and configure the company CRM system (currently Salesforce.com) to meet the evolving needs of the sales and customer support teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand requirements for CRM system enhancements.
Implement and manage CRM customizations, workflows, process builder, and other automation tools.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing regular data cleansing and validation activities.
Offer support and training to users, ensuring effective utilization of CRM capabilities.
Stay informed about CRM updates and best practices to recommend and implement system improvements.
Manage and direct the work of CRM analysts and/or contractors.
Drive the configure, price, and quote (CPQ) process and its implementation in the CRM system.
Direct the Deal Desk process for large deals and pricing or configuration exceptions.
This position has does not have direct reports.
Perform any other related activities assigned by reporting manager.
What you bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
5+ years- proven experience in commercial operations, sales operations, or a related role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales-related technologies.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated success in driving process improvements and optimizing business operations.

Compensation - The salary range target for the role described in this job description is $160,000 to $180,000. Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors including but not limited to candidate experience and expertise, geographic location, compensation/equity mix, and market data. This position may also be eligible for additional incentives such as equity awards, short-term incentives, or sales compensation.
