About the role:
As the Senior Manager, Account Management, you will lead a team responsible for managing all existing client accounts and Platform partnerships. You will oversee client satisfaction, drive revenue growth, and develop long-term relationships while ensuring the successful delivery of our solutions. Your strategic leadership will be crucial in expanding our presence with current clients and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Account Managers to achieve retention, growth, and client satisfaction goals
Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow and retain a portfolio of key client accounts and platforms
Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, including senior-level stakeholders, building and nurturing strong, trust-based relationships
Ensure the seamless delivery of solutions for both direct accounts and Platforms by collaborating with internal teams such as Product, Sales, and Operations
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling new products and services to increase revenue and product adoption
Handle escalated client issues and complaints, working cross-functionally to provide effective and timely resolutions
Monitor team and account performance against key metrics, providing regular reports and insights to leadership
Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity within the fintech space
Lead negotiations for contract renewals and expansions, ensuring profitable and long-term partnerships
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5+ years of progressive account management or sales experience within the FinTech, SaaS, or technology solutions industry
Proven track record of managing enterprise-level clients and exceeding revenue targets
Experience with B2B2C business models and platform management is highly desirable
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a leadership or people management role
Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to create and execute growth strategies
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Hubspot) and experience with data analysis and reporting
Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
Compensation:
The base salary range for this role is $110-130k. This range excludes commission / bonus.
The salary range displayed reflects an average base salary range for the position across all the U.S. The base salary offered to an applicant could be higher or lower based on each applicant's specific skill set, depth of experience, relevant education or training, etc.
Location:
This position is classified as REMOTE within the United States of America.
We are unable to hire candidates located outside of the domestic U.S.
