Senior IT Engineer
The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Senior IT Engineer to help us automate the IT processes for Grow Therapy, and who will work on workflow automation, systems integration, and scalable infrastructure improvements. You’ll be part of a remote-friendly team of six IT professionals reporting directly into the Director of IT.
What You'll Be Doing:
Design, build, and maintain automated workflows for onboarding, offboarding, access changes, and SaaS app provisioning using Okta Workflows, Python scripts, and third-party APIs
Lead cross-functional automation projects by gathering requirements from IT support, Security, HR, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that reduce toil and improve consistency and security
Evaluate and apply the right automation tools (e.g., scripting, low-code platforms, integration middleware, or AI-driven solutions) to solve a wide range of IT and business process challenges
Own technical documentation, change control submissions, and rollout planning to ensure automation is auditable, supportable, and aligned with IT governance practices. Strong project management skills are required.
Continuously monitor and improve automation coverage, identifying bottlenecks, system gaps, and areas where automation can unlock scalability
You’ll Be a Good Fit If:
Proven hands-on experience with Okta Workflows, including designing and maintaining complex identity automation flows
Track record of leading projects from requirements gathering through to implementation and maintenance, ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment
Strong proficiency in AI tools and platforms and how they can be leveraged to optimize IT operations, with experience building scripts and tools that automate repetitive IT tasks.
Python or other scripting experience integrating SaaS platforms via APIs, including user provisioning, access control, and data sync use cases is a big plus

Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt
Base Compensation: The base compensation range for this position is
Hybrid Commitment: $124,000–$139,000 USD Annually
Fully Remote Commitment: $103,000–$115,000 USD Annually
This role can be hybrid (onsite from our NYC, San Francisco, or Seattle hub location three days per week: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) or fully remote. Both arrangements include travel 2–3 times per year (e.g., company and department offsites). The base compensation for this role will vary depending on several factors, including relevant experience, qualifications, and the candidate’s working location.
