We are looking for a thoughtful, execution-driven Senior Manager, HR Operations to help lead and scale global HR programs that deliver both exceptional employee experiences and strong operational foundations.
This role sits at the intersection of people, processes, and technology, with a focus on advancing a modern, elegant, tech-enabled HR operating model. You will focus on the HR Operations components of talent programs and the delivery of HR services, where a well-integrated HR technology stack is core to driving process improvements, efficiency gains, and a seamless, customized employee experience.
As a force multiplier for HR, you will partner closely with HR leadership, business stakeholders, and regional teams to translate strategy into execution—enabling scalable program delivery, optimizing service operations, and leveraging technology, automation, and AI to increase impact across the organization.
What you'll do
HR Programs & Service Delivery
Drive execution of the HR Operations components of Talent Programs, ensuring scalable, consistent, and high-quality delivery
Project manage HR Operations workstreams across talent initiatives, from requirements through rollout and adoption
Oversee delivery of core HR services, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and a strong employee experience
Ensure consistent execution across regions while accommodating local requirements
Process Optimization, Employee Experience & AI Enablement
Design and optimize HR processes with a focus on employee experience, clarity, and ease of use
Drive process improvements to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve service delivery
Identify and implement opportunities to leverage automation and AI to enhance HR operations
Support and scale practical AI use cases (e.g., employee support tools, onboarding guidance, automated documentation, case routing, knowledge access)
Ensure processes are well-documented, scalable, and consistently executed with strong attention to detail
HR Technology & Integrated Systems
Partner with HRIS and IT to implement, integrate, and optimize HR systems and tools
Contribute to the evolution of an integrated HR technology stack that enables efficient operations and a seamless employee experience
Identify opportunities to better connect systems, workflows, and data to improve end-to-end HR service delivery
Leverage system capabilities, data, and insights to drive continuous improvement
Compliance, Risk & Governance
Ensure HR processes align with SOC 2 and SOX controls, protecting data integrity and privacy
Partner with IT and Security to manage access controls and timely provisioning and de-provisioning
Maintain HR policies and support compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR)
Support audit readiness, including documentation, internal reviews, and audit coordination
Promote responsible and compliant use of AI within HR processes
Change Management & Stakeholder Partnership
Lead change management for initiatives such as system implementations and policy updates
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across HR, Legal, IT, Finance, and business teams
Collaborate with regional teams to ensure alignment while supporting local needs
Communicate program updates, risks, and insights effectively
Drive adoption of new processes and technologies through training, enablement, and clear communication
Required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
7+ years' experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, or related roles
Experience supporting global HR programs in complex or high-growth environments
Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and build strong stakeholder relationships
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Experience with data privacy (e.g., GDPR) and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, SOX)
Experience with HRIS platforms, data tools, and AI/automation solutions preferred
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Technology industry experience preferred

Salary Range:
Burnaby, BC:$116K to $155K CAD
WA/Florida US:$110 to $160K USD
