We are looking for creative and talented Senior Developers to join our Engineering team.  At Tempo, you will join a team of highly collaborative, skilled developers who thrive on solving key customer and market problems in innovative ways.  We are looking for teammates who can help not only our agile teams but also Tempo as a whole to accelerate its product aspirations.  The best fit for our team is someone who values creativity, adaptability, teamwork, experimentation and shipping frequently.

Tempo’s Growth team is looking to improve the prospect- and user-facing experience, specifically for web and product monetization flows (new purchase, upsell/cross-sell, and cancellation) and product onboarding and engagement flows. 

 

This role is eligible to sit fully remote in Argentina! 

 

What You'll Do - 

  • Collaborate with & support Growth Product & Marketing teams on growth product development initiatives to enable the collection of various product usage and user activity data and metrics 

  • Deliver (design, develop, release, support, maintain) high quality software components for Roadmunk and LiquidPlanner 

  • Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and solution ideation 

  • Experience with hooking applications up with external frameworks while considering security and other potential impacts

  • Javascript and Typescript experience, React experience is preferred.

  • Contribute to various frontend projects if there are no Growth projects from time to time

  • Write scalable, robust, testable, efficient, and easily maintainable code

Who You Are - 

  • 5+ years of cloud software engineering experience, with emphasis on frontend development 

  • Self-starter, driven, and motivates others with enthusiasm and collaboration

  • Experience designing and writing responsive, accessible, and progressive web applications

  • Proficient in writing automated tests, system debugging and secure coding practices 

  • Good communication and ready to work with a lot of different people

  • Flexibility to jump between projects and different technologies

  • Marketing & Product Analytics Technical Stack: Segment, Amplitude, Braze, Chameleon, Appcues, LaunchDarkly

  • Product Technical Stack: TypeScript/JavaScript, React, Node.js, Kotlin, MongoDB, Kubernetes, AWS

  • Experience developing and using design systems

  • Experience working in different product management methodologies
