Join our dynamic team working at the forefront of conversational AI and modern web application development. Our projects range from developing chatbots and IVR systems to building video chat, live chat, and traditional contact center solutions for banking and financial services. 

This position is remote, full time, and requires some periodic overlap with Pacific daytime hours.

Primary responsibilities

  • Design, architect, and develop our live chat, video chat, and contact center web applications, incorporating major new features and technologies.

  • Perform continuous maintenance of the applications and underlying platform, ensuring high performance and reliability.

  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers and product managers to bridge the gap between design and technical implementation, delivering seamless and accessible user experiences.

  • Design and build features through efficient coding and testing practices.

  • Fix bugs and improve the application with a strong focus on scalability and maintainability.

  • Engage with projects that may involve AI-powered conversational tools, data workflows, or integrations with emerging technologies, while focusing primarily on traditional frontend development.

Required skills and qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in frontend development.

  • Expertise in JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular, along with TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

  • Proficiency in building responsive, accessible, and cross-browser-compatible interfaces.

  • Experience with single-page applications (SPAs) and modern build tools (e.g., Webpack).

  • Familiarity with conversational AI, chatbots, IVR systems, or contact center solutions is a plus.

  • A proactive and collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Nice to have

  • Writing Webpack configurations.

  • Building web accessibility features.

  • Developing video chat or live chat applications.

  • Working with LLM tools, AI integration workflows, or conversation design.

  • Understanding customer service or contact center technology trends.
