This team is focused on strategic finance and special projects like long range bookings forecasting, new product launches, and pricing strategy. This team also manages the forecast process for GitLab’s business cases and works on how to structure complex data across various functions and design assumptions for bookings-related financial models. • Analyze product related key performance indicators and develop new analyses on the health of the business and how adoption metrics impact bookings and GitLab’s future financial performance

  • Research and analyze GitLab’s SMB business, Free to Paid and Trial motions; model out impact to bookings and develop recommendations for GitLab’s future strategic initiatives in this area

  • Forecast GitLab’s New Business ARR and Customer Counts by geography and segment and set pipeline targets for Marketing, Sales Development Reps, Account Executives, and Partners

  • Study GitLab’s competitive landscape and market opportunity and work with incubation engineering to identify emerging areas of market demand

  • Analyze GitLab’s unit economics across different customer segments and geographies
